What to Expect?
A Psychedelic Breath session is a guided journey that lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. Each session includes:
Intention Setting – We begin by creating a safe space and setting a personal intention for the session.
Guided Breathwork – You will be led through a dynamic breathing sequence, accompanied by curated music to enhance the experience.
Integration – After the breathwork, we gently transition back with moments of stillness, journaling, or discussion to help process insights.
You may experience physical sensations, emotional shifts, or deep moments of clarity. Everything that arises is part of your personal journey, and you are fully supported throughout the process.

How to Prepare for an Online Session
To create the best possible experience, set up your space mindfully:
- A blanket or pillow to sit on for comfort.
- Another blanket to keep warm, as body temperature may fluctuate.
- Headphones or good quality speakers for the best sound experience (we do care about this 😉).
- If you like: essential oils, sage, or palo santo to create an intentional atmosphere.
Please avoid eating a heavy meal 1.5 hours before the session to allow for deeper breathing and relaxation.

Psychedelic Breath is a powerful practice and is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions:
- Cardiovascular issues (high blood pressure, heart disease, history of stroke)
- Respiratory problems (severe asthma, COPD, or other lung conditions)
- Epilepsy or seizures
- Recent surgeries or serious injuries
- Pregnancy (especially in the later stages)
- Severe mental health conditions (such as schizophrenia, psychosis, or bipolar disorder in manic states)
